Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments, including discharge strategies when appropriate.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
\n
• Document client progress and maintain accurate and timely records to fulfill legal and ethical requirements.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices appropriate for each client.

• Engage in individual supervision and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals navigating anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

• Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy.

• Competence in using technological tools for client management, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
