Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation reflects the progress and treatment of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
