Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and objectives, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, setting measurable goals reflective of the clients’ aspirations and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning procedures.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and ability to navigate their mental health journey.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Stay informed about state regulations and ethical guidelines governing counseling practices, actively participating in relevant training and professional development.

• Foster cultural sensitivity in service delivery, demonstrating an understanding of diverse backgrounds and tailoring interventions accordingly.

Qualifications\n
