This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule will encompass 30-40 hours per week, with flexible hours tailored to accommodate your personal life and professional commitments. Additionally, you will have access to robust administrative support, including credentialing, intake scheduling, and billing assistance, enabling you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain rapport with clients by establishing positive, professional relationships that adhere to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing treatment goals, stability, and necessary adjustments to their care plans.

• Develop personalized, client-focused treatment plans that are tailored to individual needs and goals while monitoring their effectiveness over time.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and integrate findings into their treatment strategy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focusing on therapeutic techniques that best benefit the client.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills through collaborative learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at our center, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. A significant focus will be on implementing therapeutic strategies that empower clients to progress towards their mental health goals effectively. Your expertise will guide clients through their recovery journey, fostering resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A proven ability to obtain and maintain internal credentialing in appropriate clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience with psychiatric patients and/or those dealing with substance abuse, showcasing your skills in practical clinical settings.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions across individual and group therapy formats.

• Strong computer skills, with familiarity in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
