Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of your clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as outlined by our clinical team to maintain consistency and best practices in patient care.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance the therapeutic process.

• Actively engage in all relevant licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards for our agency.

• Serve as an effective liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

• Maintain clear and constructive communication across all levels of the organization to promote our mission and meet contract standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License to practice in Massachusetts.
