Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including creating pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and the policies of our organization.

• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering cooperation and resource sharing.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and meetings to stay updated in the field.

• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to fulfill contract standards and uphold the mission of Precious Health Valley within the community.

• Promote and integrate the organization's mission, values, and principles into daily activities and client interactions.

• Assist the Clinic Director with other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness and growth of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, facing various challenges including mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and other complex needs. As an LMHC, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their recovery processes, offering empathy and evidence-based interventions tailored to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for monthly productivity bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, and sick leave. We offer a 403B retirement plan with a 3% company match, along with special grants for first-time home buyers and dependent care accounts.
