Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while still being part of a supportive and engaging team culture. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, we value flexibility and maintain a client-centered approach that may occasionally require evening or weekend availability to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop initial treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to the dynamic needs of your clientele.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to ensure comprehensive and multifaceted client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and continuous professional development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
