Key Responsibilities\n

In this dynamic role, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conducting regular progress review sessions with clients to assess ongoing mental health needs and adapting treatment plans accordingly.

• Creating and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes that monitor client progression throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic interventions needed.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision to discuss case management, therapeutic techniques, and personal growth as a clinician.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults, addressing a range of mental health needs. You will engage with clients grappling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and transitional challenges, all of which necessitate a tailored therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.

• Ability and willingness to meet the internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
