Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport to support their mental health journey while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, set goals, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and inform treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision regularly to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on your practice.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, providing mental health support to children and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
