Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genie Mental Health Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized therapy through tailored counseling sessions designed to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, leading to the development of effective coping mechanisms.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient settings, particularly working with the young adult population, will be given preference. Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
