As a full-time member of our outpatient practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health support to a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and necessity for discharge, always prioritizing their well-being.

• Design and execute person-centered treatment plans that are regularly monitored and updated based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to better understand clients' needs and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to deliver integrated care solutions, ensuring holistic treatment for all clients.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to support professional development and maintain a growth mindset in professional practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a varied client population, including individuals and families seeking assistance for a range of mental health issues. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from different ethnic groups, LGBTQIA+ communities, and varying life situations. This role emphasizes a client-first approach, ensuring that all clients feel safe, respected, and heard during their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. We offer a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections and no waiting period for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
