Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ranging from children to adolescents, ensuring regular and meaningful interactions to assess their progress.

• Conduct initial intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to form personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.

• Document all interactions thoroughly, including progress notes and treatment modifications, using our dedicated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods to promote healing and understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, participating in treatment team meetings when necessary.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster a growth mindset and continually improve therapeutic methods.

Qualifications\n
