As an LMHC at Southeast Counseling Therapy, you will work in a hybrid environment, handling a caseload of clients via individual sessions both in-person at our outpatient office and through secure telehealth platforms. Our excellent support staff is dedicated to assisting you with credentialing services, intake scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks, enabling you to focus more on the quality of care you provide to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate client progress during scheduled therapy sessions, updating treatment objectives as necessary.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor tailored person-centered treatment plans to support client recovery and stability.
\n
• Document session notes and client progress consistently and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in individual supervision and collaboration with other healthcare providers to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Adhere to professional ethics and maintain appropriate boundaries in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
