Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health and addiction needs, integrating various screening tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific recovery goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and community outreach coordinators, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, case conferences, and training workshops, thereby enhancing your clinical skills and expertise.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals facing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and independent LMHC licensure to practice in the state of Florida.
