Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Develop individualized therapy approaches based on evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy and group sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Provide education and guidance to clients' family members, fostering involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the client’s support system.

• Keep accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
