Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans addressing the various needs of clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and create pre-crisis and crisis action plans.
\n
• Complete all required documentation efficiently, aligning with regulatory standards.
\n
• Use evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical evaluation process, improving client treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that address specific client needs.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our practice meets established standards.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, building a network of support for our clients.
\n
• Maintain consistent communication to uphold contract standards and promote the mission of the organization.

• Seek opportunities for professional development through conferences and statewide meetings related to mental health.

• Represent Life Assure Healthcare at professional gatherings, ensuring our values and philosophy are conveyed in the community.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to overall team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population that may include individuals with emotional health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and people with acquired brain injuries. Your work will significantly contribute to their recovery journeys, emphasizing personalized care that respects each client's unique experiences and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An independent LMHC license valid in the state of Massachusetts.
