Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment protocols to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to evaluate client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that effectively address client needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of our services.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to multiple service systems and community partners, streamlining access to resources and support for our clients.
\n
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.
\n
• Establish relationships with relevant agencies to promote program visibility and secure potential partnerships for future initiatives.
\n
• Pursue professional development activities including attending conferences, workshops, and representing Metro West in community meetings.
\n
• Uphold and promote the mission, values, and principles of Metro West Behavioral Health throughout all engagements.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License; candidates with licenses from other states are encouraged to apply, as we will cover the costs associated with state licensing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
