Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis intervention protocols, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure all documentation is completed punctually and complies with regulatory standards, maintaining the highest quality of service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools appropriate for diverse clinical situations, collaborating closely with the clinical team to refine treatment strategies.

• Engage in the design and implementation of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards and enhance our service offerings.

• Serve as a key liaison with state agencies, relevant service systems, and community partners to foster collaboration and resource sharing.

• Promote open communication within the organization and the broader community to effectively promote the mission of South Coast Medical Clinic.
\n
• Develop relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to advance clinic programs and identify funding opportunities.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, educational courses, and participation in key statewide meetings and committees.

• Embed the core values and mission of South Coast Medical Clinic into everyday practices and interactions with staff and clients.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the seamless operation of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on diverse patient populations, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will deliver trauma-informed care while addressing the unique needs of each patient, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is mandatory.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
