Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and clinical needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client-specific goals and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive therapeutic techniques that promote healing and growth.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and other specialists, as necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
