Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client meetings to accurately gauge mental health status, including psychological evaluations and risk assessments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, establishing clear goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Offer regular virtual therapy sessions, employing a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate client growth.

• Provide continuous support and therapeutic tools, empowering clients to develop coping strategies and skills necessary to manage their mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to create a holistic approach to client care and refer clients as needed for further evaluations and treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting, providing both individual and group therapy.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, culturally competent therapeutic techniques, and interventions utilizing evidence-based models.

• Proficient in managing crisis situations and implementing effective de-escalation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
