Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients in a flexible manner. Our virtual setting allows for a work-life balance that adapts to your schedule, enabling you to manage your client interactions effectively. We operate Monday through Saturday, giving you the leverage to create a schedule that works for you while fulfilling a minimum of 10 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inner Fire Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their needs to triage appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Providing high-quality clinical interventions that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methodologies tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Documenting patient sessions, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care strategies accurately and in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate comprehensive case management for your clients.
\n
• Engaging with clients using telehealth platforms, ensuring a secure and supportive virtual environment for therapy.

• Participating in regular team meetings and patient rounds, offering insights and updates on individual treatment plans to enhance the holistic care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will primarily focus on outpatient clients grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This diverse population requires individualized care strategies, emphasizing your ability to adapt and respond to varying client needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a focus on psychology, social work, or counseling.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating familiarity with outpatient therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience conducting teletherapy sessions, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a background in delivering clinical services in an outpatient setting. Candidates who have utilized CBT or other evidence-based treatments in their previous roles will be highly regarded.
