Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, focusing on their historical context and current challenges.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that reflect the complexities of both mental health issues and neurodiverse conditions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that leverage evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
