Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs, developing personalized and actionable treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), tailored to the unique situations of each client.

• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with our strict regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Massachusetts as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
