Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to guide clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic tools to clients, helping them manage their conditions effectively.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals as needed, offering referrals to psychiatrists or specialists when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress in the EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients experiencing mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance-related challenges. Your work will particularly focus on providing culturally attuned services that respect and understand the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy,Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and the ability to utilize technology effectively for patient management.

• Experience delivering therapy in both individual and group settings, employing culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
