Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations of clients to gauge their mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized therapeutic treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and cater to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific issues presented by each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, being readily available for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals who struggle with substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and eating disorders. You will apply your cultural competence to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs. Your understanding of the nuances of mental health will significantly contribute to improved client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
