Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and support staff, fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be directly focused on a diverse population grappling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with clients from different walks of life, including those experiencing homelessness, trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS). Understanding the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each client will be crucial for ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling and crisis management services.

• In-depth understanding of addiction issues and their intersection with mental health treatment.
