Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a dynamic combination of assessment, therapy, and collaboration aimed at client wellness. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to determine patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Leading psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and connection among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention services and emotional support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educating clients about their conditions, available treatment options, and resources within the community.

• Maintaining up-to-date and compliant digital documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of ongoing professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop strategic, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy in a variety of clinical settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enhance therapeutic relationships.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and general computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with prior telehealth experience, familiarity with community resources for referrals, and specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities will be preferred. Experience working with underserved populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
