Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing patients with tools to manage their mental health conditions.

• Collaborate intimately with a skilled team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to deliver well-rounded care that addresses all aspects of mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, employing your professional skills to stabilize patients and ensure their safety.

• Educate clients regarding their conditions, appropriate treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient demographic, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Strong expertise in mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Proficient in providing both individual and group therapy to varied populations, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
