Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that aim to set, monitor, and achieve client-specific treatment goals.

• Employing prevention-oriented therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices suited to the individual needs of clients.

• Consistently reviewing and updating treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and community providers, ensuring holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, in accordance with organizational policy and best practices.

Qualifications\n
