Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic services to adult clients who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults in an outpatient setting.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Health Hour Counseling Services offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, you will receive compensation for missed appointments, including paid no-shows and late cancellations. We also provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for qualified candidates.
