Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in stress reduction and emotional well-being.

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, psychological challenges, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to their needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, aiding them in cultivating self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and comprehensive stress management.

• Incorporate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and helping clients on their journeys toward recovery and personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans integrating mindfulness practices.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client assessments, interventions, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure quality care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to enhance your expertise in MBSR and related therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Our clients value a therapeutic approach that integrates mindfulness and holistic practices, and your role will be pivotal in guiding their journeys toward improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong communication skills, enabling you to create a calming, supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or training in mindfulness-based therapeutic practices, particularly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
