Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Utilize evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to effectively support individuals and families battling diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, developing initial discharge plans that lay the groundwork for continued support and treatment.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique treatment needs articulated in each patient’s plan.

• Develop initial treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, coordinating necessary additional services as required and revising as indicated.

• Maintain precise documentation of therapeutic services rendered in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards.

• Manage and maintain a productive caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow clinicians and support staff to enhance service delivery.

• Recognize and actively address patient feedback, acknowledging complaints and working diligently towards resolution.

• Remain vigilant about patient safety, prioritizing a secure environment for all clients.

• Complete other assigned tasks that support therapeutic outcomes and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of your clients by providing tailored therapy that meets their unique needs, whether they are seeking assistance due to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other life stressors.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• Current and valid state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in providing therapy to candidates across different age ranges, with experience working with both children and adults preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
