Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking relief from stress and mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, including stressors, challenges, and personal objectives, enabling you to tailor interventions effectively.

• Guide clients through mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathing techniques, and self-reflection exercises to cultivate self-awareness and emotional resilience.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness and stress management, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Incorporate tailored mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting overall client growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that integrates mindfulness into comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Commit to ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development through training and continued education in mindfulness-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals seeking mental health support for anxiety, depression, stress management, and other related disorders. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering them tailored therapeutic strategies through a lens of mindfulness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Proficient in utilizing mindfulness techniques in therapeutic settings, with a strong understanding of how these practices support mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a plus but not mandatory, as we value a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

Compensation and Benefits\n
