As a fully remote role based in Salem, Oregon, our therapists work under a telehealth model that allows for flexibility and convenience in service delivery. This position offers an opportunity to work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Our innovative telehealth facility is equipped with secure, industry-leading technologies to ensure privacy and facilitate effective counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients and develop customized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Engage collaboratively with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, through regular case consultations to enhance treatment delivery.

• Participate in peer review meetings to share insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay informed on the latest research trends and best practices in the mental health field to improve client outcomes.

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to navigate complex client situations effectively.
