Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to mental health workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of care and consistent application of therapeutic techniques.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cross-system treatment plans in collaboration with other community health professionals.

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) sessions to individuals, families, groups, or communities, effectively incorporating evidence-based interventions across various settings.

• Assess and respond to crisis situations, prioritizing patients’ urgent needs and coordinating appropriate immediate services.

• Conduct initial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses using the DSM V standards, capturing a comprehensive view of each client's unique circumstances.

• Create individualized treatment plans grounded in established practice guidelines, supplying ongoing therapy and supportive counseling as needed.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as behavior modification and brief therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches based on clients’ evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline, with a minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree required for independent licensure.

• Current independent license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
