Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with medical and supportive staff to accurately diagnose and formulate treatment plans for psychiatric disorders.

• Document patient care thoroughly while monitoring progress and adhering to ethical guidelines and reporting standards.

• Conduct mental health evaluations, including comprehensive assessments of criminal and substance abuse histories, and assess suicide risk meticulously.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency consultations during scheduled workdays, ensuring clients receive immediate support when necessary.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on established practice guidelines, delivering therapy and educational support to individual clients.

• Offer recommendations to the care team and engage in effective communication and collaboration across all disciplines involved in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to mothers and underrepresented communities facing unique socioeconomic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Proven ability to manage a dynamic caseload while interfacing effectively with a diverse group of healthcare providers.

• Skilled in the efficient use of electronic medical records and proficient in standard computer applications.
