Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize self-assessments combined with functional improvement metrics to inform and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation through our reliable digital portal, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic treatment models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques tailored to individual client needs during counseling sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and engage with fellow therapists to foster a sense of community within the practice.

• Offer weekly evidence-based care via live video sessions to adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders, ensuring a professional and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Develop mental health diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5 standards and create individualized treatment plans that adhere to standard practice guidelines.

Qualifications\n
