Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing great flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. While you have the autonomy to deliver care from your home office, you will also be a vital part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that meets via telehealth platforms. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the varying needs of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that reflect the cultural backgrounds and specific experiences of each patient, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to implement interventions tailored to patients’ cultural identities and personal histories.
\n
• Facilitate various therapy formats, including individual sessions, family sessions, and group therapy, promoting resilience and enhancing mental wellness among clients.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated and holistic care.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention support to clients facing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring swift action and effective management of emergencies.
\n
• Provide education to patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a supportive network around them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records that comply with federal and state regulations, ensuring ethical standards are adhered to.

• Participate in ongoing case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on cultural competency and best practices in mental health treatment.

• Keep current on the latest research and methods in mental health therapy and cultural considerations to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders with a focus on evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing mental health services that demonstrate cultural responsiveness and inclusivity.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention with evidence of managing high-stress and urgent situations effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, enhancing rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and competency in technological tools used for telehealth services.

• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
