Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments aimed at understanding each patient's unique experiences, culture, and needs in order to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, addressing their emotional, psychological, and sociaL needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on a wide range of mental health issues, enhancing resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Keep patients and their families informed about mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and available community resources to enhance support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to further develop collaborative care strategies while participating in cultural competency training to enrich therapeutic practices.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and cultural considerations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness in diverse settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Robust crisis intervention skills and proven ability to keep a level head during challenging circumstances.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications to document and track patient progress effectively.

• Dedication to adhering to professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality protocols.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment to deliver cohesive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
