This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care through our telehealth platform. Our team works closely to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans leveraging solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address client-specific challenges.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and engages with electronic health record systems effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuous improvement of care practices.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enriching their understanding of mental health challenges, treatment alternatives, and local resources.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and incorporate relevant findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be serving come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals who are on their paths to recovery, helping them to address issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and relationship concerns. The adaptability of your therapeutic approaches will be crucial in meeting the distinct needs of each client, enhancing their therapeutic experience and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with an ability to adapt methods based on the unique needs of individuals.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills essential for establishing rapport with patients.
