Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms through structured interviews and validated assessment tools.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop customized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for managing mood disorders, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing education and emotional support to clients and their families, promoting understanding of mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on clinical observations and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, multidisciplinary care that addresses the holistic needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients navigating a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for mood disorder treatment, including CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
