This position is strategically designed as a remote role primarily focused on an outpatient care setting within schools. Our operational hours span Monday through Saturday, allowing for a balanced work schedule. As a part of our team, you will have access to comprehensive administrative support, including in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation, enabling you to focus solely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, identifying their unique mental health needs and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans.

• Implement graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions that align with the client's needs, ensuring the provision of high-quality care.

• Engage in regular communication with healthcare staff regarding client progress, treatment interventions, and interdisciplinary care plans through detailed documentation and participation in patient rounds.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Ensure the ethical and timely completion of all required documentation, maintaining compliance with our clinic's standards.

• Incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this role.

• Possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic methodologies.

• A willingness to work flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, depending on patient needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
