Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Empower Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique needs and tailor your therapeutic approach accordingly.

• Delivering graduate-level clinical social work interventions and counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement detailed care plans, ensuring cohesive communication through documentation and participation in patient rounds.

• Providing case management services for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure the most effective care.

• Completing ethical and timely documentation in accordance with departmental standards, maintaining accurate patient records that reflect the client's journey.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating effective therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
