Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused interventions to effectively address clients' issues.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices and evolving trends in mental health care.

• Work closely with fellow mental health clinicians and other healthcare providers, participating in case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive client support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
