Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments utilizing various methodologies to determine mental health conditions and formulate treatment recommendations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns as well as short-term and long-term goals.
\n
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote communication and connection among participants, and support topics like anxiety management, grief, and relationship skills.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress toward their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum client care.
\n
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions, treatment notes, and progress reports in our EMR system to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to develop coordinated care strategies and comprehensive treatment plans that reflect best practices.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest clinical practices and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will not only focus on treatment but also on empowering clients with the tools and skills necessary for long-term health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Beginnings offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
