Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to deliver effective interventions and monitor progress.
\n
• Complete all required documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the quality of care.
\n
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support and risk assessment plans.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.
\n
• Establish strong communication channels with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate client access to necessary services.
\n
• Engage in outreach to foster partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of our programs.
\n
• Enhance both personal and professional development by participating in conferences, workshops, and relevant task forces, while effectively representing Metro West Behavioral Health.
\n
• Champion and embody the agency's mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your professional conduct.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance use issues, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will involve promoting resilience and coping strategies, offering therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and enhance client well-being in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community mental health setting or outpatient clinic.
