Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a comprehensive array of outpatient mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to develop collaborative treatment plans that reflect the goals and concerns of clients.

• Regularly review and update service plans to ensure that the therapeutic approach remains relevant and effective throughout the client's treatment journey.

• Document all counseling sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare written reports and documentation for schools, courts, or community agencies when necessary, providing crucial information to support client cases.

• Maintain regular communication with psychiatrists or attending physicians for clients requiring medication management and follow-up care following any hospital admissions.

• Engage with community resources and external psychiatric care providers to facilitate comprehensive support for clients, including scheduling and referring for additional services as needed.

You will work with a diverse client population, which may include children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position provides a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on experience and the flexibility of hours worked.
