Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s background and mental health history, integrating this information into custom treatment plans.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment interventions using electronic medical records systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate experience providing therapy to individuals with emotional or psychological issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients quickly, fostering trust and therapeutic engagement.

• A proactive approach toward learning and adapting new technologies in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
