Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, using standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), carefully tailored to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly evaluate their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance efficacy.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and enabling clients to receive the support they require regardless of location.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and integrating new methodologies into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role focuses on working with a diverse client base who may be experiencing a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide clients toward healing and personal empowerment, advocating for their mental health needs through compassionate and informed support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently, including meeting documentation and administrative requirements in a timely manner.
