Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, promoting a flexible work-life balance while ensuring you can reach clients across various locations. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient availability and needs. Our teletherapy services utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless documentation and communication with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapies, tailored to diverse populations.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering timely assistance during mental health emergencies to stabilize and guide affected individuals.

• Deliver educational resources to patients, helping them understand their mental health conditions, explore treatment options, and identify community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and substance use issues. You will work closely with individuals, couples, and families, adapting your therapeutic approach based on their specific circumstances and cultural considerations. The telehealth framework allows for increased access to care, particularly for those in underserved areas.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to effectively assess mental health needs and develop actionable treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapeutic interventions to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
